The EM-ACE project will lead to the following outputs:
Needs analysis and EM marketing strategy
. A comprehensive needs analysis on the current state of Erasmus Mundus promotion, its awareness and visibility will be developed through a desk research as wellas a student & staff surveys prepared by the EM-ACE team. Based on the needs assessment, a detailed short-term and long-term Erasmus Mundus marketing strategy will be developed.
Promotional materials and tools (student friendly website and promotional material, training material for both students and staff, case compilation of best practices, and web-content easily adaptable, etc.). To access out promotional toolkit, visit the 'Staff and Promoters' section.
EM Marketing self-assessment review tool, that serves both to encourage higher education institutions to take up the newly developed outcomes and to assess the quality of marketing at European universities. The tool has been tested at 5 European universities in November and December 2013 and is now online. A dynamic version of the tool is also available on the Erasmus Mundus Quality Assurance website
Promotional & training campaign. The outputsd eveloped have been used, tested and refined during a series of promotional events (information days at European institutions, the creation of a network ofambassadors, participation in large-scale events, etc. ).
